Try this first
- Peel a corner of the screen protector. If the cracks lift with it, your screen is fine.
- Open a plain white page, then a plain black one. Look for lines, spots or patches.
- Drag one app icon slowly around every edge and corner. It should follow your finger the whole way.
- Put clear tape over sharp cracks so glass doesn't come off on your fingers.
Bring it in if
- Everything passed and you want the glass done — we confirm it on the bench before starting.
- Any check failed: then it needs more than glass.
