1. At the counter
Tell us what you've seen and when it started: a drop, water, a recent repair, or nothing at all. The technician looks at the screen on plain white and black, tries touch across every edge, and checks Face ID, the front camera and a test call where the phone allows it.
We note anything already not working, so you know exactly what state the phone was in before we touched it.

2. The test-screen swap
For faults that aren't obvious — black, white, green, flicker — the technician connects a known-good screen to your phone. It takes the guesswork out:
- Test screen works perfectly → your screen is the fault.
- Test screen shows the same problem → the fault is in the phone, not the screen. A new screen would not fix it.
- Your screen works once reseated → it was the connection.

3. You decide, then we repair
You get the finding and the options in plain words, with the warranty for each. Prices go by model and option — WhatsApp us your model for a free quote on every option before you come.
If the fault turns out not to be the screen, we say so, even when that means a smaller job.
4. Tested again when you collect
Picture on white and black, touch on every edge, Face ID, proximity during a call, and brightness. If something isn't right, it doesn't go back to you yet.
